But to boost her confidence after entering the show business, she shed a few pounds. This made her adorable chubby. But she lost 50 pounds afterward too which made her look transformed.

Her transformation was the sheer result of her determination and hard work. She did it all on her own by diet without taking any pills or surgeries. Though this took almost three years to become a transformed person. She did not even do exercises or any yoga but she chose an appropriate and healthy diet.

This podcast was “Free” and it was by Renee Stephens. This podcast was all about losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Renee Stephens shares the weight loss program which is a complete and thorough program for losing weight. This book is called “Renne Stephen’s full-filled six-week program.”

This program is all about changing food habits and for this, this book provides six weekly long diet plans. Kirsten Vangsness is inspired by this book and she followed this for complete six weeks.

She says that this podcast helped her overcome the habit of overeating and the book intends to help people in their struggle with weight loss.

She found this book helpful because she could relate to the writer’s weight loss journey. Several blogs and product sellers are claiming that Vangsness used their supplements which were all-natural.

But she does not endorse these supplements and shares that she avoided all these artificial methods to shed the fats. Her weight loss was inspired by the book that motivated her to adopt healthy eating. She detached herself from all the junk and fun foods which only make you gain weight.

Kirsten Vangsness started when she realized that she has put more weight all along with the show. She reached almost 200 pounds while performing in the show.

She also advises not to eat grains for dinner and have a light meal for dinner before sunset.
