For 4 months straight, Missy drank nothing but water. No drinks, no alcohol, no juices- not even fresh ones. Plus, Missy also shunned bread completely, something that she said was very difficult.

What this does was made Missy feel re-energized. Staying hydrated regularly helps with keeping energy levels high as well as improves digestion. Plus, clearer and healthier skin is a huge bonus. Missy also shared that she didn’t use to drink that much water before, so this was new territory but she loved the results.
