Lynette Romero paid heed to her doctor’s advice and she started intermittent fasting in June of 2019. Intermittent fasting is a proven way to not only lose weight but also maintain it afterward. However, Lynette didn’t just switch to intermittent fasting. To speed up her weight loss, Lynette also started regular workouts.

Although Lynette has been talking openly about her weight loss, she still hasn’t shared a proper diet plan that she follows. We do know that she skips breakfast and eats a hearty lunch, but it is all part of intermittent fasting. She did say that staying hydrated and exercising regularly is very important. Lynette Romero started intermittent fasting in June 2019, and by December 2019 she was down 70 lbs. That’s almost 32 Kgs lost within 6 months thanks to intermittent fasting and regular workouts.
