I used to feel trapped in a body I was never satisfied with…
And I’ve met hundreds of women who still feel this way.
But here’s something you’ve got to understand:
Your body is unique, your personality is unique, and you have a unique combination of characteristics and quirks that make you, you.
There never was anyone else quite like you on this earth, and there never will be again.
You are here to make a unique and positive impact on the world, but I’ve got to be honest with you.
If you’re like most modern women, you are falling tragically short of your fullest potential. In health. In happiness. In life.
And it’s not your fault.
Other peoples’ diets & workouts have left you feeling exhausted, hungry, and still dissatisfied, for one very simple and very important reason.
They weren’t made for you.
They were made for other people.
Just because cutting out gluten or going to the gym for 4 hours a day seems to work for someone else doesn’t mean those strategies will lead you to the results you want, in your unique body, with your unique personality, and your unique life circumstances.
If you’re like 90% of modern women, you’ve been going through your life feeling guilty, ashamed, not-good-enough, and just plain lousy in your body.
You try diet after diet, workout after workout, but no matter what you do you still don’t feel comfortable in your own skin.
You’re confused, because every health expert seems to recommend something different.
One person swears that eating grains will make you fat and sick, while another expert is trying to convince you that eating saturated fat is actually to blame for all of your body woes.
With all of these contradicting theories, you’d be eating air if you tried to follow everyone’s advice all at once!
You’re frustrated and discouraged, because the things that you have tried never seem to work for you…at least not for very long.
When you don’t feel comfortable and confident being you, when you constantly criticize yourself, hold yourself back, and put things on hold until you are “better” (*eh-hem*, thinner), then you aren’t able to fully step into your power and make the positive impact on the world you were born to make.
And you definitely aren’t having as much fun as you should be!
Imagine what it would be like to feel radiantly healthy, confident in yourself and your body, and really, truly, enjoy every bite of food you put in your mouth. Guilt free.
Life would be a whole lot sweeter, wouldn’t it?
But how are you supposed to make that your reality without dieting, and without endless red-faced workouts?
