Born on the 10th of November 1986, Josh Peck is an American actor and Youtuber who started his career as a child star way back in the 1990s. One of his earliest roles was of a fat kid, Paulie, in the show named The Amanda Show.

The show wasn’t the most critically acclaimed at the time, but it did earn Josh Peck a lot of exposure. Right after The Amanda Show ended, Nickelodeon snatched him up and gave him a co-lead in the hit sitcom show Drake and Josh.

Drake and Josh really showcased Josh Peck’s acting and comedic prowess. The sitcom ran for FOUR seasons, and they also shot THREE telefilms because of the popularity and demand of the show.

After that, there was no stopping him. From A-list movies to lending his voice for animated movies and TV shows, Josh now does everything. More recently, he has joined Youtube as well, where he mostly talks about his fitness routines, diet plans, and much more.

He insists that none of this would have been possible without his personal trainer and nutritionist, Bob Harper.
Still, all Bob did was designing special workout routines and diet plans for Josh; it was the determination of Josh Peck that helped him lose about 100 pounds.

The first step was starting a workout routine. So, Josh went out and hired a highly qualified personal trainer. The trainer designed special workouts for Josh that will not only help him lose weight but make him feel good too.

As Josh advised everyone, he didn’t overdo anything himself; instead, he did everything in moderation. Perhaps moderation is the reason that he still keeps it all up. He does a lot more workouts in the gym, which we have. Maybe he will make a Youtube video about his workouts soon.

Stick To The New Lifestyle:

The toughest part of losing weight is maintaining it afterward. People work hard for two months, lose a few pounds, and then go back to their old ways- no workouts and unhealthy diet. That’s not how it works, and that’s not what Josh did. After losing all the weight, he stuck to his diet and workout routines, which is why he hasn’t gained back all the weight.

So, if you want real results, you will have to do a lot of hard work with a lot of determination. But believe us, it’s all completely worth it once you see the results.

One fan even asked Josh on Reddit about how to stay motivated, and this is what Josh said: “Moderation is always key, don’t be too hard on yourself. Don’t do it for anyone else, do it because you know it will make you happy.”

Healthy food intake is an integral part of any weight loss journey. If you think you can lose weight by eating whatever you feel like and working hard for two hours in the gym every day, you are wrong.

That’s not how you transform your body. For a complete transformation, a good diet plan is just as important as a workout routine.

Josh handled this aspect very well with the help of his personal trainer and nutritionist, Bob Harper. Everything Bob would tell him, Josh would do, which is a very good idea if you want to lose 100 pounds.

Josh’s diet plan wasn’t to eat less; it was to eat healthily. The first thing he let go of was oily and fried foods. After that, he reduced his sugar intake to a minimum.

He started drinking much more water, and he would sleep as much as he could, all because Bob Harper suggested it.

When you lose such a big amount of weight, there are bound to be some people who doubt that you did it all organically. The fact that Josh hasn’t shared too much about his journey with the fans didn’t help either. However, he has categorically denied undergoing any weight loss surgery, and the majority of the fans believe him.

However, what he hasn’t denied is undergoing skin reduction surgery. When you lose 100 pounds, there is bound to be some extra and loose skin. We can’t be 100% sure, but you can’t get rid of the excess skin without surgery.
