I’m Katerina.

An acupuncturist, holistic health coach, mother, teacher, writer, entrepreneur, and life-long wisdom seeker.

My work and this website are dedicated to helping you feel healthy, happy, confident in your body, comfortable with yourself, & empowered to go after what you want.

With a master’s degree in Chinese medicine, a bachelor’s in psychology, and formal training in yoga instruction, bodywork, medicinal herbalism, and nutrition, I am proud to say that I’ve spent more than a decade exploring what it means to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life.

I currently offer clinic treatments and workshops in Portland, Oregon, and I’m also a professor at the National University of Natural Medicine.

And when I’m not doing in-person work, you can find me online, providing in-depth 1-on-1 coaching, medicinal herb prescriptions, empowering online training programs, and free guidance on my blog.

My work on this website has enabled me to help hundreds of women feel comfortable in their own skin, so I hope you find it inspiring too!

I believe that when you strive to be the best version of yourself, the whole world becomes a better place because you’re in it.

Unfortunately, too many women feel like they’re falling short of their potential.

A happy, healthy life requires energy, stamina, keenly attuned intuition, and confidence to go after your dreams.

And that’s a tall order!

Because if you’re starting from a place where you feel too fat, too tired, overwhelmed, anxious, and don’t feel at home in your own skin, then it’s a whole lot harder to be who you want to be.

I’m here to help you change the way you feel in your body so everything else can come easier.

I’ve learned that when it comes to health & happiness, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach.

You are unique.

Your body is unique, your personality is unique, and your life circumstances are unique.

And that means you need to find a unique diet & lifestyle that are tailored to you.

But figuring out how to get the body and life you want can be mighty confusing.

Without guidance, it’s easy to get lost in a sea of misinformation, trying one diet after another, one wellness strategy after another, and never really figuring out what works for you.

When I’m not helping other women make their own dreams come true, you can usually find me chasing after my little boy, Walden.

My husband Adam is my partner in crime and works as a nutrition professor and organic farmer right outside of Portland, Oregon.

We like to go on trips to the woods, mountains, and the coast as often as we can. We also have a habit of cooking overly-elaborate meals for friends, like to travel abroad a few times a year, and every once in a while I sneak away on my own to make some art, go to a yoga class, chill out in the sauna, listen to podcasts (and the occasional trashy novel audiobook), or get a massage.


10 years ago I felt insecure, uncomfortable in my own skin, Lost & lonely.

I never would’ve guessed how wonderful my life would turn out to be. 

Now I’m thrilled every day that I get to keep watching my desires unfold and help other women do the same.
